    You can enjoy more $0.99 drinks by referring your friends and family through our Double the Fun program. Share your referral link with your friends and after they have signed up and placed their first order, you will receive a $0.99 reward!
    Why didn't I receive the $0.99 voucher reward after referring my friend(s)?
    Please ensure that your friend or family member clicked on your referral link to sign up and placed their first drink order. If they have missed out on either of these two steps, the referral would be incomplete and you would not be able to receive the reward voucher.
    Where can I get more Luckin Coffee vouchers?
    We encourage our customers to join our WhatsApp group & subscribe to our SMS marketing messages to receive subscriber-only vouchers. Aside from that, you can claim your exclusive vouchers in-app corresponding to your current membership tier as a valued Luckin Coffee Member.

    Does Luckin Coffee accept cash?
    Luckin Coffee does not accept cash as a form of payment. Payment should be through the Luckin Coffee mobile app where a range of digital payment options are available.
    Which Luckin Coffee outlet can I collect my beverage at?
    If you have permitted the Luckin Coffee mobile app to use your location, the app will direct you to the nearest outlet. Otherwise, you may select the outlet where you would like to pick the beverage up from the drop-down options.
    Does Luckin Coffee offer delivery services?

    Account deletion: How to delete your account?
    You can delete your account by following the steps below:
    a. Log in to Luckin App, tap on "Account" and then tap on the Settings icon on the top right.
    b. Once you are in "Settings", tap "General Settings".
    c. Once you are in "General Settings", tap "Delete Account".
    d. Follow the instructions to delete your account.
    Deleting your account will result in the permanent closure of your Luckin account that can't be reversed. Once your account deletion request has been processed, your personal information will be permanently deleted (except for certain information that we may retain, as outlined in our Privacy Policy). This means that you'll not be able to use the Luckin App and purchase our drinks through the App and if you decide to use Luckin App again in the future, you'll need to set up a new account.
    Opting out from marketing communications
    Exercising your right to opt out from receiving SMS messages, notifications, or marketing emails.You can change your marketing preferences at any time by logging in to your account and following these steps:
    a. Log in to Luckin App, tap on "Account" and then tap on the Settings icon on the top right.
    b. Once you are in "Settings", tap on "General Settings".
    c. Once you are in "General Settings", turn off "Marketing Message". Please ensure that the button on the right of "Marketing Message" is greyed out.
    Kindly note that the efforts above will opt you out of receiving future direct marketing messages from us via SMS, push notification or email, but you may still receive such messages from other channels such as WhatsApp if you had added yourself into certain groups or initiated 1:1 chats with us. You can remove yourself from such groups or chats.
